REPLACE 4 COMMUNICATION OPERATOR INTERFACE COI’S WITH REDUNDANT STATIONS

Scope of Work:

This project is for the preparation of Detailed Design Package to demolish the existing touch screens for excitation system for GTG # 1,2,3 & 4 to install two new redundant servers stations for the excitation system at new power house control room #2 electrically unclassified area.

STROBE LIGHT REPLACEMENT AT PUMP STATIONS #3 AIRSTRIP

The Existing VASI lightning system located at East West Pipeline Pump Station # 3 Airstrip shall be replaced by precision approach path indicator (PAPI) lightning with remote control system at both ends of the runway.

Scope of Work:

Shall Provide Engineering and drafting services in preparation of detailed design for the total replacement of existing runway end indicating lights system at runway approaching indicating lights system (Retails / Rails) at Pump Station No. 3 Airstrip.

REPLACE PCV AND INSTALL AOV @ QATIF LPG PLANT NO. 017

Shall Provide Engineering and drafting services for the preparation of detailed design for the installation of AOV and replace the PCV @ Qatif LPG

Scope of Work:
The work will include but not limited to the collection and analysis of all data, preparation of detailed design scope of work, development of the required specification, design & drawings ( Process, Mechanical, Instrument, electrical) and MTO and ER Estimate.

TRANSFER GTG HMI #1 & 2 FROM OLD TO NEW POWER HOUSE CONTROL ROOM

Scope of Work:

This project is for the preparation of Detailed Design package to transfer the existing gas turbine generator GTG. HMI #1 & #2 from old power house control room #1 to the new power house control room #2. Install new HMI for GTG #1,2 at old power house for maintenance and engineering and troubleshooting.

MODIFY THE DRAIN RECOVERY SYSTEM FOR TANKS T-804 & T-805 @ DHAHRAN AFO

Scope of Work:

Shall Provide Engineering and drafting services for the preparation of detailed design for replacement of the existing Drain Recovery System for Tanks T-804 and T-805.

MODIFY EXISTING SAMPLE POINT ON LPG RUNDOWN LINE 4”-0-50045-A2A1

Scope of Work:

Shall Include but not limited to the following activities:

Modify the existing sample connection on 4”-50045-A2A1 to be at operator’s position for normal sampling

Make new branch from the sample connection to the flare header (4’-0-055557-a1a1) for flushing purpose.

Replace the temporary platform with permanent access platform.

MODIFY EXISTING SAMPLE POINT ON LPG RUNDOWN LINE 4”-0-50045-A2A1

Scope of Work:

This Project is for preparation of detailed design package to replace the existing gate with a new electric gate with remote control for cars. Also, designing of pedestrian swing gate.

The existing septic tank is not enough and there is problem in drainage system. So a new septic tank will be provided in addition to study and re-design the existing plumbing pipe for the facility. Also, there is a need to introduce the drainage system in certain areas in the site.
